We have been supplying birth pools in Australia since 2000 and, in 2017, became the Australian and New Zealand supplier of Active Birth Pools.

She established Pregnancy Birth and Beyond in 1992 and is the Managing Director of Birth International.
Jane’s clinical background brings an important perspective to Active Birth Pools Australia. She understands that a birth pool needs to work not only on a floor plan, but in a real birth room — for the woman labouring in it and the midwives caring for her.
From orders and logistics to the countless details involved in getting equipment where it needs to be, Michelle is our go-to person and, quite possibly, one of the best organisers you’ll ever meet.
